Since joining the firm in 2012, she has played an instrumental role in the firm’s evolution. She has led a global portfolio of leadership searches across multiple sectors & has built deep client relationships. Her role in establishing and growing the firm’s global E-Commerce practice has been invaluable. Sonal has extensive experience of working in the firm’s Singapore/India offices and specializes in the Consumer Products, Telecommunications, Consumer Technology and Media practices. She has extensive expertise in cross border executive search, has built deep domain knowledge and has influenced marquee clients across North America, Europe and emerging markets. Prior to Positive Moves, Sonal was a part of the Talent Acquisition function at Bharti Airtel Limited and was responsible for developing the TA strategy for pan-India operations. She joined Airtel as a Management Trainee post completing her MBA from IMT Ghaziabad.
